| In 2002, our co***ny built the first production line of nano calcium carbonate powder in the world, which is synthesized by hyper-gravity method. The hyper-gravity technology produces gravitation acceleration by rotation. The acceleration is hundreds times higher than the earth¡¯s gravitational acceleration, and so in this super gravity environment, the chemical and crystallization processes can be effectively controlled through the control of molecular scale. Thus, we can produce the high-quality nano calcium carbonate powder with small particle diameter and uniform distribution. Its particle diameter is concentratively distributed in the range of 15-30nm, is adjustable. and its whiteness is equal or greater than 95, which is far more beyond the domestic same industry level.
